    dry suit question

i have a gladiator neoprene dry suit that leaks pretty making it no good to use for a lake tahoe winter. i wanted to get some gloves and booties sewn or heat welded to it... does anyone know what kind of shop i could get this done at?? or where to get the booties and gloves... i have chota neoprene dry suits gloves... could i get those heat welded to the suit??? im thinking that if i had booties and gloves attached that it would eliminated leaks since the water is coming in at the wrists and ankles...

you can also find military and or construction drysuits on ebay (super cheap) most of that style already have boots and gloves attached.
