    tower biminis warranty?

Does anyone have any past experience on taking towerbiminis.com up on their warranty? I was part of the group buy awhile back, and long story short, I've used it about five times this whole season. However, last week I noticed that the seem around the front bar has split/ripped apart about a six inch gap.

Needless to say I'm pissed, but does anyone know what the warranty entails in this type of situation? Will I have to ship the bimini back or what? If that is the case I am going to wait until the end of the season to send the bimini back, but I just wanted to check for sure with you all to maybe get an idea as to what I should expect...

But seriously though, ~$850 and it rips only after five times of minimal use?? Weak

    RE: tower biminis warranty?

I bought a bimini from TowerBiminis.com about a year ago. I had used it about 15 times and when we were putting it up, one of the stainless steel joint on one of the bars fractured in two. I had to call them twice and it took them a few weeks to ship it out, but they sent me a completely new bar - I didn't even have to pay shipping.
