Does anyone know of a good custom boat cover taylor/maker in NC or Southern VA?

I'm not sure where they are located, but check out this site. www.boatcoversdirect.com They make several levels of boat covers and they have numerous exact fit covers for Correct Crafts with Towers and swim platforms.

I know there is a custom boat cover maker on the north side of Greensboro, I talked to them at the Raleigh boat show. I can not remember the name, but if you are near Greensboro, the dealers in the area would know the name. I was looking to have a cover made that came down lower to protect the side from sun bleaching and he had pictures of exactly that design.

That's what I am wanting is a cover that comes down to the trailer. I am near Winston, so I will try to find them. Thanks for the info!

Here is an alternative - I purchased canvas in a local fabric store, and Snaps from Walmart. Intalled snaps in my existing cover so there is a "skirt" that hangs down to protect against the sun. Was a bit of work, but my cover was new.

I have a 96 sport that Howell & Sons in Davidson (near Lake Norman) hooked me up with. Top quality, removable side skirts. Quality work & on time. I will be using them to redo the upholstery and cover for my '56 Chris Craft. Top Notch Shop!
