I just bought a new SV 211 and am having fun adding gadgets. Santa was very good to me this year and I added the following:
My 211 has a place to attach the input from an iPod but you can't control it from the dash. Timex has a remote for the iPod that is a watch and control. It should work but the boat is not at home right now to test.
The second gadget was a Dankin anchor hook. The anchor rope slides through the hook and you can attach your buoy and anchor buddy. Every time we camp and have to anchor it is a pain. I continue to look for better ways to anchor.
The third is an spike to tie up the back of the boat.
Please share some of your favorite gadgets. I am always looking for the better mouse trap.
