Sunday was absolutely flat out gorgeous. Couldn't have been nicer.

      Now....Monday, Tuesday...Wednesday...Ugly. Today it's mid-50s and windy and rainy.

I know, it's early, but we're seemingly stuck in a pattern of cool windy weather. I'm glad I'm not a boat dealer around here this spring.

Couldn't agree with you more about Sunday. We haven't been out much this year, due in part to the weather and also busy schedules. But I couldn't tell you how many times I told myself on Sunday this would be the last footin run -- Had a hard time saying no more to the flat water and surprising lack of boat traffic. Even though the weather isn't great today, I'm still thankful for the little things, such as a padded office chair.

My water temps went over 70f on sunday for the first time. I think it is going back down today. Get the neo tops back out.

Neo tops? Really? I put my coldwater gear away a couple weeks ago. Since then I've been in the Mississippi and the lake at our cabin. The cabin lake surprised me. It's deep and it was warm. Musta been around 67-68.

Sunday was awesome. 2 ski runs, 2 wakeboard runs, and a surf run.

I take everything back. How quickly things change when the weather was nice. Today was AWESOME! Calm, hazy sun, 80. And on the boat all day. I'm sunburned and my biceps are dying. Kids skied, wife skied, brother skied....and I am toasted. What a great feeling.

Of course...the long range forcast calls for cooler and stormy for next week. Ahh, well. Like love, all it takes is one good day. Then all the bad days just melt away.

I can tell it's getting warm finally because I have to turn the air condition on in my house at night to sleep - hot/humid is horrible to try and sleep in!

I had 11 kids here on SAT & SUN for junior development and the wether was awesome. No wind and 70s. It was worth waiting out a few showers.
