    Supra

Has anyone boarded behind the new Supra Launch series boats, I saw one at a boat show today and it looks cool but doesn't have the quality Nautique has...

Salesman said it had 1,900lbs of ballast....? Do they really need that much ballast to make a decent wake?

    RE: Supra

after some more looking through it and examination I have decided it's a pretty poor quality boat although it looks like a nice boat from the outside...

I have heard the same thing regarding poor quality from mechanics at a Supra dealer. They called Supra's "junk food".

My buddy has a 21V and it is an awesome boat. Built nice with nice features. Great surf wake and wakeboard wake. It is a large feeling type boat inside. They have had no problems and 300 hours last summer.
If you don\'t do it today, you will be one day older when you do!!

The two older supras ('89s) we have are reasonably well done. They're not as smooth or refined as nautiques but they're solid, and with good attention to detail. They used to use all the same engines, transmissions, and gauges as Nautiques, so the important stuff was of good quality. Lots of the older ones had really awkward designs, like interior seating or overall hull shape... look at this 1985 marauder! No doubt they're not as nice but I still like them better than MC personally. In my limited experience with newer ones, they seem well done but for the money I'd get a CC every time.
How 'bout a little reverse action...
