    Batman, The DARK KNIGHT movie.

WOW!!! What an awesome performance by Heath Ledger !!!

Who knew this guy had it in him to pull this off? With a few chick flicks in his portfolio and nothing steller to speak of he manages to portray the Joker with such convincing madness it left the theatre actually clapping.

Even if you hate comic book films, go see this movie. It is easily the best movie this decade and likely the best performance ever by an actor.

How is it for an 8 year old? He's seen the first one, fantastic four, spiderman, etc. but there's something about this one to make me hesitate. Anything in there to give him nightmares?

I havent seen it, but my friends that had say they wouldnt take the kids. I'd see it first before taking an 8 yr old, you know what he can handle so you can judge yourself

I agree with Chris4x4.....I haven't seen it...but, all my friends say that it's a bit dark for younger folks.

I saw it Wednesday with the intent of bringing my 2 kids this week-end(7 & 12). It's a great movie however not for under 15. Not only is it graphic and scary it just wasn't a plot that they would enjoy. That being said it was great movie.

Just saw the movie. It's not what I want my kids to see right now, but it was a great movie, it got it exactly right...until the very end. I don't want to give the ending away but I don't like it. Overall, a 9.9 movie, and would have been a 10 except for the ending (last 2 minutes).

I know this isn't a movie review site, but I wanted to cap off the earlier discussion.
