Bad Day!

I live on Weiss Lake in North Alabama. Weiss being a flood control lake drops dramatically in winter. I was woken up early one morning just at dawn by the high pitch whining of an over revving outboard. By the time I got up and found my camera the guy had gone for help. The fun began when he came back a few hours later with a buddy in an underpowered pontoon and tried to free the boat. It took them over an hour and we couldnt help but enjoy the humor. We could laugh since no one was hurt. I wonder what his story was to the wife for being late coming home?
