I would say contrast and saturation may have been dumped up a bit, but my guess is that the clouds where not shopped' in.

Most definately shopped. There is no way the local authority would allow someone to ski under a construction project. That and the boat is way too big. Look at the boat and then at the skytrack (4x4 forklift) in the upper left on the bridge.2001 Super Air Nautique

Sorry YourWakeisBigger but bchesley won the prize, it's photoshopped and yes, the boat is way too big, with the right scale you would see a little point as the boat
And yes, here in Europe they don't care about skiers, the enviromentalists win the battle and in most of the lakes motor boats are forbidden. In fact in that lake is forbidden.

Didn't beat the answer, but I was going to say yes, the pic is photo-shopped. There is a small gap between the wake and the bridge. Also, I wouldn't think the lake would be that smooth far behind the boat.
Great job on the photoshop though.

Totaly real
The reflection in the lake is totaly real. Whats really cool is flying overwater at night wearing goggle / NVGs you can see the reflection of stars , the moon and clouds. Sometimes when the water is really smooth it can scare the crap out of you trying to keep it right side up when you can't tell where the water and sky meet.
