I had to put my boxer of 11 years down back in Jan. Hardest time of my life so far. I told myself that I wouldn't get another dog because she had me so spoiled on the way a dog should be.
Well I spoke too soon. I picked up a 6 month old yesterday and started training her last night. We have a long way to go but I can already tell she is super smart and is going to be a great dog. I can't wait to get her trained enough for me to start taking her out on the water. I'm going to take her to the lake soon just to let her swim and get use to the water. Wish me luck.
