he was not. I am hopeful that he doesn't get too pissed off when I shove the sunset - sunrise calendar into his hands. I hope the life jacket thing goes in my favor as well so I can politely place that in his hands as well.

The charges were dismissed! They would not answer my question about the life jackets because they didn't know the answer. Who could have guessed. So I gave them my copy of the sunset - sunrise calendar for the rest of the year and split. So let it be know, sunset is defined by NOAA, not the boat fuzz. Get yourself an almanac or print out a sunset - sunrise calendar and keep it on your boat. It could save you a ticket one day!
