    I ended up buying the cover from Covercraft. Slightly more $ for the cover, but better quality, no shipping and no tax so in the end it was a better product and cheaper. As for the mooring bouyes I was trying to get with it, best place I found was Bass Pro Shop

      I just bought a neo shirt from Overtons. showed up with the packing list and the label on the bag saying chill skin pullover. i open up the bag and it's a pair of slalom shorts. hmm...
      at least they let me keep those (in case i want to go back to 1992) and sent me the correct thing at no extra charge.

        I've bought from Overton's Raleigh, NC store several times (and even Greenville, NC store once), and never had a problem with them. Never had a problem returning anything either.
        I can't speak to their overtons.com operation, which is where they make >90% of their revenue from & where this thread appears to be griping about.
