    Mostly accurate, but what I have found out over the years we have been surfing is that the success you have wake surfing depends on so many variables. It is hard to make blanket statements about weighting a boat , where the sweet spot is, where your feet should go on the board, etc. This article gives you somewhat of a starting point, but so much of it is trial and error.

    Things like boat type, hull design, weight of rider, type of board, number of passengers, among other things all have a role in how successful or unsuccessful you are in wake surfing.
