Well....for my 4000 th post, I have nothing spectacular to report.

I didn't buy a new boat.
I'm stuck here in Katy today...not traveling.
My wife is not pregnant (a good thing)
I don't have my new house (or even a boat house) built.
My super crew had a flat yesterday. So I'm sporting a dirty spare tire today.

That's it. That's all I have to report.

But it is the first day of spring...and all is well. We know tomorrow is a great day...more light than dark. Tomorrow is also my birthday. The first full day of spring and the start of the Solar Year (read New Year's Day - if you're an astrologist)

So the best thing to do for this post is:

To thank Him for all my blessings (weather you believe or not)

Thank Jeff for this site and thank all of you guys that contribute and have become my long distant friend.

Ditto on the 4000th AT! So assuming AT celebrates his 5000th with a new boat, I figure we should see pics posted approx 20 months from now...that's if he keeps up his current run rate of 51 posts per month (if my math is correct). Keep it going dude...

Thanks guys for the fun responses. 4000 posts probably deserved its own thread but I thought it more appropriate to bump this old thread. It just seemed appropriate for the first day of spring. Maybe we should call it "Passing of the Sun" as the big bulb in the sky heads our way.

Anyway, I don't think the 5000th post will bring a new boat. The next major milestone has to be building that house. I've had that awesome lot for so long I'm embarrassed to say I don't have a house there yet. Some things just don't come easy with so many distractions in life.
