it sucks, here in MD its still so cold. we got so much snow this winter. im so over it. it ripped by boat cover on the second blizzard. so i had to put a tarp over while it was getting repaired. i am def not going to take advantage of the summer time this year. the cold makes u appreciate the warmth thats for sure

I was going to put the boat in next weekend, but it looks like it'll still be in the 60's. Come on boating weather!

How can you tell when it's time for Winter to leave???

We are dropping the boat in tomorrow...

High of 71 degrees tomorrow -- I can't take it any more...!!!

I will bear the cold, the water is 45 degrees and it will be COLD, but we just can't wait any longer!

I'm washing, waxing, and installing the boom and racks tomorrow. Next weekend will be hard either way (cold ride or hard not to).

i wanted to go tomorrow like crazy, but a dam front is coming through and it is going to be raining all day tomorrow and a high in the 60's and low in the 30's on Sunday. sheesh - and it was 70+ all week here in Houston. guess I'll have to wait until next weekend.

on the plus side, after a week in 70+ air, the water should be warmer than the 63 it is right now.

Ditto - but kids are out of town so I was going to run her and wash the winter dust off tomorrow. Stood in line for over an hour today to get my trailer tag sticker then blew of the trip because of tomorrow's front.

TRO - where do you boat?

The average air temp when we were skiing last summer in the mornings was 62 degrees, can anyone say heater shirt. Snow yesterday after a week of upper forties to low fifties, I think someone is teasing us up here in Minnesota. I would think I died and went to heaven with 60 degrees in March make that June, still have 8-12" of ice on the lake.

These posts are within minutes of Spring beginning. In Houston, Texas it is 39 F with a 29 F chill factor. Go figure.

We rode on High Rock Lake in NC Friday and Saturday with air temps around 70-75 and water around 60-61. Felt really good with a full wetsuit on. My friend rode with only a hot top on. Really nice to be back on the lake!

no kidding...what happened to Spring time in Houston? it is 55 today and the wind is blowing like crazy. It was like 37 last night. Sheesh.

                                Oh well.

Btw, Air Tool: I usually ride on Lake Conroe (my buddy has a house there) with a ton of weekend trips to Canyon Lake (my brother in law has a house there). How about you?
