"Crisis Management" - worked w/ dealers, lawyers, suppliers, insurance co.s, service depts, manufacturers, & many countries. Grade them "Fiascos", "Minor Fiascos", & "Major Fiascos". Very tired of it once, but after 19 yrs [u]& now excellent staff[u]. it's ok.
