i figured someone on here is a patent lawyer or engineer and can make some sense of this as to who is in the right or wrong if anyone. i personally am with ronix/company, especially since i know at least company(who does not seem to be in violation) has offered to sit down and hash things out in a non threatening fashion.

Part of it is that the link wants you to buy the pages 2-15. I am interested (I ride ronix) but not that interested since I have no background in litigation (other than watching Law and Order)

Basically the only thing different than this and a shoe is that they attach to the board instead of a sole. I despise the state of wake. 99% of riders have no clue, young or old, about this umbrella deal going with all the major brands. Its sickening. Just like quicksilver owns tons of other brands. Reminds me of Microsoft. Brings to mind another movie, anti trust.
