What was the mindset behind the Malibu XTI? Seems like a very weird design set up. Any ideas?

I spent a week one Lake Powell with a friend with a 23 XTI. It was a great boat. It handled better than many 23 foot v drives. It spread people out over a larger space so you had people in the very back people around the driver and people in the bow. Lacked a little storage especially areas to put fat sacks for surfing. I like the boat. It is not built as nice as a correct craft.Comment
