My wife and I bought a building we plan on moving her Chiro office into. We are doing the work ourselves w/ the help of a contractor. Our inspector needs some info that requires me to look up some codes. I cant find any info on-line thats in the code book. He refers to specific chapters and tables. Any one have the 2009 code book and a few spare moments?

Sorry, I have copies of the "Uniform" codes, which we use here, but not the International codes. -
Let me know what you need and I might be able to help out. I don't have the code books here, but if it's quick and easy I can get you answers. I can probably easily get you some tables scanned in at the least.Comment

*Fire resistance ratings in Table 601
*Flame spread and smoke development ratings in Chapter 8
*Product specs indicating compliance in section 719.0
*Hardware schedule for egress doors in section 1008.1.8.4
*Emergency lights and exit signs in sections 1006, 1011, 1110.2, 1110.1
*HVAC info Table M403.3
*Electrical in section 1109.13
I dont understand why my inspector cant just come and tell me what he wants. This is stupid........Thanks for any help!Comment
