My knees could not handle this!!!

Does anyone on here kneeboard? Or should I say still kneeboards? This guy is insaine for several reasons... you need to check out the beating he takes while kneeboarding. Seriously not bad from someone who obviously isnt 20. Please humor me... I am interested to know if anyone else on here is near 50 putting ones body on the line for the "sport" of kneeboarding... Adding a Maxim girl aint bad either.

Known Frankie for 20 years, lol, met him when we were both in our 20's, totally cool guy and a great kneeboarder.

Still enjoy riding the Kneeboard whenever I can, A good board does not beat up your knees IMO

Frankie is a regular fixture on the Fox River here in Chicagoland, hit the Broken Oar any summer weekend and your bound to see him there.

Since you are a fox river rat you must know the brown house next to rawsons bridge next to the old marina? Grew up there and still own the house. Miss that river!

Been up on Deep Lake for the last 16yrs so don't get out there but once a year or so now a days. There was a house right there that had a Barefoot jump in front, always MC's on the dock IIRC.

Met Frankie and another guy who was a great wakeboarder out there, Mark Norwell ?, you know those guys?? We used to launch at the Oar or down at Eriksons, lot's of great fun and memories out there.

Cool video. I'm 47 and still ride my kneeboard every summer for a few passes. I was flipping when I was 20, 30, 40, and still flipping at 47. I can do rolls and still crank a front flip like I was 20. I've been told I put the youngsters to shame when someone sees me board. I'm no Jonathan McDonald or Frankie Panno..but I still rip and I'm almost 50!!! I do REGULARLY ride my mountain bike and do strech every once in a while. I've noticed a few riders using balls or pads under their butts. I've never tried one and still just ride knees folded on a stock pad board. I bet the pad under my butt would help ease some of the landings. I've got my 11 and 7 year old girls on the kneeboard and wakeboard now and it is a great feeling to pull them around creating memories. The kneeboard is stilll alive and well in Texas!! Have a good one.
