What's the one thing you would do?

What's the one thing you would do, have built or add to your boat house/dock given the chance?......

I am about to begin construction in a couple weeks on a boat house with two slips gabled roof etc. Thought I would throw it out there and see or hear about some of the things that others have done!

Run an extra power line. It is fine to plug in lot's of stuff to one circuit. You can even make sure it is high enough amps. But I sleep better when i run 2 block heaters. One off one circuit the other off a separate one. Just in case one trips the breaker the other will be unaffected.
