    Concert Pics

Just got back from seeing Seger and I have a question for all you concert goers: Have you ever gotten a picture worth a @)$#%]+ŁĄ!•\ using your phone? It really affects my concert experience seeing this big screen shining at me from two rows down for half the show. I would have trouble getting a good shot from that far away with my Nikon.

And don't get me started on all the flashes going off... Got to just laugh at them to keep from doing something more drastic.

Yup. Saw Seger a few weeks ago and have a few good pics with phone, want 'em? I can text them today. PM me! Funny thing about the phone, I ran out of battery from keeping it in photo mode so long so I have more pictures of the opening act (Joe Walsh) than I do of Bob Seger!

thanks for the offer, but the question was more toward whether or not anybody actually got a good shot with their phone. I see SO many people miss the entire concert because they are trying to get a picture (not like that isn't me everywhere else with my big camera). I took a regular camera (not my DSLR) to one concert just to see what I could get. Nothing worth mentioning.

Last millennium, I took a whole roll of 36 800 with my awesome Canon A-1 (not AE1) at a _______ show and dance. When I got the prints and negatives back, there was nothing there but some ghosts. I think that cost me about 20 bucks, a week wait, and two trips to the big city to get the processing. 20 bucks is a lot now. That was a month's saving as an early '80s tween.
