    Jon,
Awesome thanks for the info. I am looking 2008-2012 used for sure, new is crazy cost for only using it for vacation. I know you can find a few renegades and bigger super c with no slides or only one slide for decent $. They are the big haulers used for race cares but not as fancy on the inside. We go to the lake all the time and go to different lakes at that, so for us it would be better than buying a lake house. We also plan to travel to the west coast a few times each winter so it would be nice to have everything you need packed up and ready to go. I do like the jayco I looked at them more last night and the freightliner seems to make a great product. A buddy of mine picked up a 2005 40' with a freightliner frame and Mercedes diesel and loves it. He only paid like $60 for it, seem really reasonable for what they are going for. He bought his off racingjunk.com if you ever have time check the website out.

We rented a 34' class c w/1 slider during off season in 2005. 10 days 700 bucks...unlimited miles but we didn't need them.

Class A is out there also. Even if you can't rent what you want to buy, it would give you the experience at no risk.

Yes I am going to look into renting one!! After doing some research I think I am going to look at the 2012-2013 Seneca or Embark. I have read a lot of reviews and they do have some issues but for the price seems like you get the most and a good warranty. I definitely love the show haulers, dynamax corp, and the renegade but they are way too much $$. The good news is the 2012 Seneca comes in a silver with black and orange design.... and it just so happens my g is gunmetal, black, and orange !! I think its meant to be haha Only down fall is the 2012 is only offered with 19' wheels vs the 2013 with 22.5", no air ride, and no air breaks.... Wondering how big of a issue this would be ?? Since I have no experience driving a motorhome or larger vehicle commercial truck. Any info on that would be appreciated !
