          I agree that fed gov't should not be able to run a deficit. Should have to build up cash reserve for bad times, just like the rest of us. Pretty sick that fed is a big ponzi scheme.

            And spending should be capped by one or more economic indicators....at a very small number.

            535 full time law makers plus staff...is TOO many. 537 if you include the two in the White House.
