I wonder if the dock insurance will cover or if each owner has to claim on their own.

^ I had an old lease with them at a different dock but cannot remember how it was worded. You can bet it will be an issue.

I can see a case where neither insurance pays....and a class action suit ensues.

My guess is first thing to do is make a claim with your own insurance....then let them go to subrogation to get the money back. They have a better chance than the average Joe.
