Okay, Phil once again is predicting a late Spring. Last year was more than enough for two years. Anybody want to join me in voting Phil out of office? Our Raleigh version agrees with Phil, but the Garner version is a little more high-tech and indicates after one more good frost we'll move on into Spring. And apparently has a 100% success rating in 5 years.
Though, he did add a prediction on the Superbowl...let's just say he should stick to the weather.
