Lakes or Rivers that you would like to try out?

Here's a list of mine. Illinois River, Ottawa River, St. Johns River, Winnebago Chain, Long Island Sound, Castle Rock Lake, Whitefish Chain in MN, St. Lawrence Seaway, and the Torch Lake Chain in Michigan.

Lake Powell. Don't really know of many lakes outside of Texas.

As a side note, wakeboarding in one of the bays in Turks and Caicos a few years back was pretty cool.

In my very bias opinion, its hard to beat Smith Lake in Alabama...

I want to give Smith Mountain Lake in Va another go because I got short changed last time. Also Lake James in NC, Keowee in SC, and get into TN for the TVA. And I'll add one more for Lake Powell.

Keowee is a cool lake that I want to hit again. I bought my boat in Greenville, SC and then continued another hour south to my friends lake house on Keowee to play with the boat and get some riding in before the 1,000 mile road trip home the next day. It was late March so we had the whole lake to ourselves and it was glass!

A house boat trip on Lake Powell is definitely near the top of my bucket list. Shasta, Bullards Bar and some of the other Cali lakes looks awesome...especially when there is water in them. It'd be fun to check out the Delta as well. Oh and the "secret blue lake" at the beginning of Defy and some other movies over the years. I'm not putting my boat in salt but I'd love to go down the Charles river through the lock system and into Boston Harbor again some day.
