Chateau on the Lake is by far the nicest place on the lake, you can check them out at http://www.chateauonthelake.com . There is a slalom course in "little cow creek" cove, about 5 miles away by water. The course is usually in pretty good shape, I usually take a few extra balls, guides and hardware. You can get good water there sometimes during the week, the weekend is pretty heavy with jet skiis, tubers, etc. Another nice place to stay is Indian Point Resorts in the condos. Their docks have nice individual locking storage compartments, which keeps me from having to drag all of my skies, ropes, handles, vests, etc. back to the room every evening. To me that is a big plus over the Chateau, which has no locking storage. http://www.indianpointresorts.com . It is about a mile closer to the slalom course. Another option is to rent a houseboat and park it in the cove. http://tri-lakeshouseboat.com/ . There are lots of cheaper places on the lake, check out http://www.tablerocklake.com/ .
