Member status?

Dumb question, I'm sure - but I see several of you at "Platnum" member, etc. on this website.

Can someone fill me in on what that really means and what consitutes one status vs. another?

Scott, it means that the member has a made a donation to the site, in order to help
cover costs and keep this great site going. Platinum members have donated over $50.
Bronze members have donated over $20. I don't remember where the cutoff is for silver.
Do a search on the post "Making a Holiday Donation to Planenautique" and you will find
other information about making a donation and the various levels of membership.

While this is a "free" site, there is nothing free about running the site. Servers, storage,
hosting cost, internet access all cost money, and Jeff and Luke do a great job.
