What's Happened to KD

I may be a little behind on this but what's happened to KD? I was checking on Overton's site and they don't have any in stock. Is D3 the replacement for KD?

I don't know anything for sure but I remember hearing 2 years ago that they got bought out, and if you noticed that this past '05 year, the graphics were the same as the '04s. I don't know who bought them though.
