I thought I would post some pictures of my campsite work last weekend. We have a spot on an island in the river. So we need to drag supplies and tools out to the campsite and then bring everything back. We loaded up the Nautique and the pontoon dock (boat) and off we went. Nearly sank the pontoon on the first trip. Then again with 15 bags of concrete on the second trip. Here we go...

Do you have any pics of the campsite all set up? Do you leave the campsite up all summer and take it all down in the fall? Seems like a lot of work, but fun.
You probably just gave some guys on here the idea to use sacks of concrete as cheap ballast. Haha2007 Malibu Wakesetter 23 LSV, 1995 Cobalt 200

We have owned the site for about 9 years. In that time we had children and did not use it.
The kids are older now and we picked up a dock (old pontoon boat) in the fall. You have to provide your own access to your area. It is seasonal, so your docks have to be out before winter. Stuff on land can stay at your own risk. We do not have anything other than a table, fire pit, and shed. I built the shed on a platform with dock floats underneath. The poles guide it in case it ever needs to float
Some people have old campers and some built stick built structures on the island.

I thought I would upload a fresh 2018 photo. I upgraded my walkways this spring and did some more yard work. This past weekend was hot as can be. It was nice to get off the boat for some time and hang in the full shade. This is still a work in progress and not as nice as most of
the neighbors, but still very enjoyable.
