Anyone have any suggestions on any good locations to boat camp at Don Pedro Lake near Yosemite? First time to boat camp so not sure what to expect. Is one of the three boat launch areas better than others? Are reservations required? Thanks for the input and suggestions.

You need reservations. I always stay at Fleming Meadows. You can leave your boat in the water but I prefer to pull it out. The campsites have great long driveways to park in.

Thank you for the info. I was thinking of doing the disperse area camping. Would reservations be needed for that? I'll take a look at camping at one of the campsites to see if that suites us better.Comment
