Nice! Seawall is some kind of wood planks? I am guessing you are Florida or NC or something? Wish it were that easy in the midwest!

The retaining was was built with 6x6 pilings every 8' OC then on the land up side a upper and lower 2x8 mounted horizontial for the bracing then there were 2x8 rough cut jet washed 5' down with the wall being 3' above water line then on the land up side installed 5' mobile home anchor rods in the ground then there were 1/2 galv rods 10' bolted through the 6x6 then bolted to the anchor rod. By the way if you decide to build don't forget the membrane before you backfill with dirt.

Open invite to anyone living in the Central Florida drop me an email come on buy lake is usually pretty smooth nobody on lake during week days a few boats on the weekend however they stay on the other side of the lake because there is a public area. My side of the lake is all private owned homes.

WOW....that is an amazing set up. I am jealous of anyone with a set up like that.

This boat house is Located in the city Auburndale 20 minutes west of Orlando south of I-4

Yes thats a zeroflex on a nautique kind of original if you think about it.

Yes there is power on the dock it was needed for the boat & jet ski lift,s also have power outlets on dock looking for a keg fridge to put out on the dock.

It's nice to have a cold one after a long day on the lake.
