Any hands on experience? How to flush to change the hydraulic lines on a boat lift?

I need to replace the hydraulic lines and flush the fluid on my Basta boat lift. Lift is in the water. I understand it's possible to do this but can't seem to find any procedure. (Even on youtube...).

Does anyone have any experience they can share?
