Toward the bottom it says it’s Lake Rhodhiss, which is a 3K acre lake in the mountains. I’m in NC and get ads like these for several of the mountain lakes all the time but haven’t followed up on any. If you do find out the details let us know what’s it about. Others I get are auctions for cheap waterfront land. For me personally this lake is a little small but my dream is to be on a lake in the mountains.
