    Us Open Tow Boat

I had the chance to ski behind one of the 3 MC 197's going to the US OPEN. WOW, is all I can say. That thing is a beast, 350hp MCX with the Powerslot gear ruduction tranny.

I always thought my Ski Nautique had a firm pull compared to anything else I have skied, but there is no comparison. The MC guys said they could change a few settings on the PP to soften it up some out of the turn balls. I was really surprised at the firmness of the pull behind this boat. I had to drop 2mph to make a decent pass thru the course. I still thought it was pretty cool to ski behind the same boat that will pulling the great skiers at the us open in Disney.

I just got to ski behind it. Normally the mc 197 is great to ski behind. The guys from MC said they had been "tinkering" with this one. They were running a different prop then standard, but that is all they mentioned.
