Just want to see if anyone had surfed or rode in an Anthem boat? All aluminum like the Pavati and has both bow and side door access. Boat design inspired from the original Higgins deployment boats.

I haven't heard of this brand before.

I worry about their engineering team though (or maybe their Marketing team). They claim in several places to run a 1:72 transmission gear ratio! That would mean for every one rotation of the engine, the prop would spin 72 rotations!

I am sure they mean 1.72:1. If not that engine would surely struggle to even be put into forward without stalling.

No doubt, but got to love the ease of ingress and egress. Wondering with all the negative press on wake boats in general, maybe this boat will be classified as a deployment boat vs a wake boat?

Interesting for sure. Would be neat to hear some real world experience and price point. Surely the 172 is a typo, but understood that oversights like that could cause some to question things. The fold down bow is different for sure!

Don't know price point but all aluminum I would guess north of 200 K for sure. Ease of access is fantastic

It would appear from the pics on the home page the chicks dig them.....

So it's pretty much a landing craft with a paint job? Can't imagine they'll be cheap being all aluminum but they should last a long time. This is another one of those boats I could see for a resort or something along those lines. Easy access for just about anyone, durability for the expected abuse and should have a long use life. Would I invest tons of cash into one? Heck no.

I saw one in a town not far from me a couple weeks ago... I pulled over to check it out. This particular boat had been beat on! Prop was damaged, scuffs down the sides, etc. I giggled at the marketing of "tactical" and "milspec" while looking at their website. For someone looking to wakeboard/surf while also having the space of a deckboat I guess there is a market out there maybe? About 2 months ago their website showed MSRP similar to that of a G23, but now I don't see it listed... at that price point I don't believe we'll see too many on the water!

3500 lbs of ballast in 3 minutes, no gate valves or pumps. That's quite interesting.

Interesting for sure. Never heard of them , but it appears they’re based off the military duck boats , still used in the Wisconsin dells for tours
I don’t know I’ve ever seen tactical and mil spec used so much in a vehicle add without bulletproof glass or armor .
