Getting crazy around here. Diesel was $4.99 when I went out at 11:00 this morning. When I came home about an hour later, it was $5.29!!! Definitely thinking more about which vehicle to drive, and how to maximize needed stops on one trip!I own and operate Silver Cove Marine, which is an inboard boat restoration, service, and sales facility located in Mooresville, North Carolina. I am not so sure the gas price hike helps the used market much. Wakeboats have shifted from a core rider enjoyment segment to a luxury item these days. I don’t see the top tier of owners fire sale’n their 100k plus rigs. Most of the owners of the used older models own their towboats outright . Just speculating here off what I see in my area.
in the mean time here a great meme. Well I find it pretty funny at least.

Thankful I'm a mostly a skier.
Feeling for you guys with 23 foot bathtubs you have to fill with a ton of water and power with 500 HP engines that run for hours at a time to have fun.
Maybe there will be a bit more flat water this season.
OK OK...joking aside....$5 / gallon gas hurts. I hope this too passes and the world gets it sh*t back in order.

srock I always though the G series of boats were classified in the "underground" as the bathtub boats. Makes sense because they are many similarities between the two.
