Currently under construction.
20'W X 24'D X 10'H, vaulted ceiling, plumbing for sink and electrical. Stem wall foundation with a 5" thick floor with rebar.

I'm envious. Here in CA, the issue is the land cost. You're probably looking 100K to 300K just for the land to put up one of those behemoths pictured above. I've got a a three car, and one bay is 25 ft deep, with 9 foot wide, and 10 foot high garage door. I consider myself lucky just to have a bay where I can get the boat in without having to take down the tower, etc. BKH2001 Super Air

I'm in CA, by you :grin: I'm building mine on my left sideyard behind my 3 car garage.
You are right about the land cost.......my lot is about .25 acre in town and cost $$$$ CA housing costs suck! :evil:
