Ratio of tow weight vs. vehicle weight

Nope different things, I guess I should have clarified, with a weight transferring hitch, the load will be transferred to the same point of rotation (around the attachment point between the vehicle and the trailer or the ball mount). What I was pointing out is that with the hitch having the attachment point spread out further on the hitch to frame points, the stresses at those points will be lowered, but the weight will be transfered to the same relative point (front to back) on the vehicle.
