    Remember the Corvette Boat?

It was a limited edition Malibu with a Callaway 383 stroker. I would love to own one or even love to see them make it again with the LS7 motor. I'm a car guy as well so it appealed to me.

Theres someone on my lake that has one. The thing is fast- mid to upper 50's, and it sounds great.

It hasnt been very reliable though- that thing has been out for service a LOT. I believe its had the motor rebuilt at least once.

As long as we are off topic, i've got a vette that will smoke the new C6Z. They are mighty nice though!

Ski Supreme used to make a boat (I don't know if they still do) with a Corvette engine in it.

Andrew, youre thinking of Malibu. Thats the boat Aaron and I are talking about.

Edit: Forgot to mention that many Mastercrafts were offered with the Corvette LT1 engine, starting in 1993 with their 25th anniversary boat. I know they offered it at least through '97. Thats a great motor- I know 4 people with MC's equipped with it.

Someone in our area had one of those Corvette Edition Malibus. Sick ride. The trailer even had 'Vette rims.

MC still had the LT1 block in '01 as I've ridden behind a couple X-Stars that have it. They definitely have a higher top end by about 5mph than a similarly-propped 310hp Predator.

Yup, the LT1 is a nice motor. A friend has one in his '95 Prostar 190 and it will do over 50.

No matter what you have someone will always have something faster. You gotta give props though to GM for what they did with the C6Z. 2900 pounds, the price of it for the class it is in. The only crap things about it are the brakes and the roof (haha). I come from the Camaro/Trans Am community and there are LOTS of cars that will smoke the C6Z so that is nothing new

Someone had one of those on Green Lake during the CC reunion this year. It was purple, and it was definitely fast. He ripped up and down the lake a couple of times, but I think he felt insecure around all those Nautiques. Didn't see him around that much. Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

For sale in MN, $32995. YOu would have to really like corvettes to spend 33k on a 1997 boat.
