    Winter Fun

This year is the first year I have really been able to fully enjoy winter and not be sitting at my window staring at the frozen lake wishing it would thaw yesterday. Some friends started doing this a couple years ago and I am now totally addicted. Stud these things up and the lake is rideable again. MN gets next to nothing for snow these recent years, so this beats the crap out of paying $6-9k for a snowmobile you cannot use.

What is everyone else doing for fun to pass the winter months ??

ISBTOWN beat me to it. Get a quad / four wheeler and hook some snow tubes to it. We have found that you need 2 people on the quad for the weight to get them going very quickly at all. We even did it thru the neighborhoods when the roads were snow covered, back when we were (more) stupid.
