Has anyone driven one? I am really liking the white ones. I think they look awesome but I have never towed with one. Has anyone else towed with one? I love the way GM tows and I don't like the lack of power in the Dodge (haven't driven a hemi though) but I like the looks of the truck on 20 inch chromes!!

It is just a tow vehicle, so don't take this as me taking offence. But I have a 2002 Dodge 1500 with the 5.9 lt 360ci engine and I have never felt I was lacking power.
Most of my friends with boats have diesels and in our area(Utah) we tow up and down canyons almost every lake we go to. I am never lagging behind. My only complaint is that I have to gas up twice as much as they do. My truck is a gas hog.

I just got a new 4X4 Super Duty F-250 crew cab with the Lariet package and the 6.0 Turbo Diesel ( 300 Horse Power). You don't even know my SV-211 is back there.Life is Short, Live it!

I am loving the 211. We were on the river today. The F-250 pulled it down highway 40 at 80 mph like it was nothing. I am figuring the rig weighs about 6,000 lbs, trailer and all. We went sking today without the wetsuits, the water temp was 69 and the air temp got up to 90. It was a great day.Life is Short, Live it!

I have a F-250 Crew Cab with the diesel, and a SANTE, and weighed the whole rig one day on a CAT scale.
Turned out I was about 13,000 pounds with nobody in the truck, and a half tank of fuel in the boat and truck.
BTW, whatever you do, don't go over to thedieselstop.com that site is worse than these boat sites about being adicting. I have spent more money on the truck due to that site than I care to think of. On the plus side, I can now change the oil in my truck for less than $18. That is a filter and 15 quarts of oil.
I estimate the truck to be about 7500 and the boat and trailer to be 5500.
