        Around here, Orlando, FL, I am more worried about the PWC owners versus the amoeba - the microbe is around when the water is in the 80 degree range - that is basically the entire ski season (year) here in Fl - You have a better chance at winning the FL lotto twice before getting this - I remember these stories at different points during my life growing up - I look at it from a statistical standpoint - the number of people in the water versus infections - there heve been six confirmed - the percentages are so low. The news in FL has nothing better because there are no Hurricanes coming to Occupy an entire week of coverage because its gonna get windy - It is a shallow water, stagnant water item - I have yet to ski or board in less than 12 feet of water
