Last day of skiing today (Edmonton, Canada)

We're so desperate to keep our ski season going up here, we even went today when it was 36 F here! Snowed last night... but this was the last day of the season. There were seven brave souls today.

    It was a great season!

Amazing guys. Not sure if I can do that, I'll be honest !!! Do you live at the lake or is that a cottage?

That is at the cottage at Jackfish lake, 1/2 hour from the city.

It was really crazy and that was totally the point!

Ha! after skiing sitting around in the hot tub, we concluded that next year we're going to use the diving skins for the head! nice work!

if you would have had snow in the shots like mine, it would look more impressive

it's a good thing we got that ski in when we did. I just heard from a buddy that was out there the next day, that the lake had a sheet of ice on it. I guess that kind of puts the final nail in the coffin to our season. tells you how cold the water actually was on the Sunday too!

Wow! You guys are HARD CORE. Im a golf pro from Hamilton, ON and I havent touched the wands in weeks much less the water.

And we only got some tiny wee little flakes today for the first time this year.

I guess we know who's got the stones around here. Yellow_Flash_Colorz: Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

Looks like a lot of fun. I'm impressed, with the snow, and actually course slalom skiing. My body gets too stiff in the cold so I stick to footing and tricking in the drysuit.

Daryl and Groovy - there is a "calendar picture" thread on one of the other forums. Would be nice to see one of your nautique photos over there with some snow in the background!!!

I hadn't really considered a "Calendar" shoot but that is a great idea.... unfortunatly - i have put my nautique away and only have the club boat (a - dare i say it - mastercraft) left

so, no calendar shoot this year... but next year - i'll go for it!!!!

just need someone to remind me.... save page 12 for me (december that is)

                              another winter ski picture

Pulled our buoys the 245th - had to break some ice to get there!
