    Winter Work Out?

What do you guys do to stay in shape over the winter? My fall football league just ended and I need to keep the fire burning so I'm not pooped on my first pull in the spring.

I've done pull ups to try to keep the arms in shape, and I run on a regular basis. Anyone come up with a routine on machines at the gym that works well?

I've been doing several reps of 12oz curls too...

    RE: Winter Work Out?

Hockey and 12 oz curls. I like to give my body a 4 week rest and then hit it hard in late Dec. I start with lots of ABS like crunches and roman chairs. Squats and anything else that will work my mid section are done at least 3xweek.

    Will ski anytime.

Cardio here, lots of jogging. Some free weights. And the hardest of all, control the food intake for weight management.
