With the new PLANETNAUTIQUE site software, I wanted to give a recommended procedure for posting pictures to the site.
There is a known issue with posting pictures using the camera button. At this time, it is only uploading thumbnail-size images, with no way to resize them.
This is a vBulletin issue, and they are working on a fix that should be part of their next release.

For now, instead of using the camera button (left side), please use the ATTACHMENT button (right side) to upload pictures.

Doing so will present you with a choice of upload sizes for your image. I recommend choosing Fullsize, since I have set the site to automatically resize anything over 700 pixels wide down to that width so that it will fit on the site without causing issues. Choosing Fullsize will upload your image at 700 pixels wide, and is normally the best choice. Your image will be inserted inline, and should display nicely.
As soon as vBulletin releases a fix for this issue, I will implement it here.
