PN time stamp in upper left of web site

Why does the date time stamp show 8hrs ahead when I'm not logged in but shows correct time when I am? Is it just me?? Yellow_Flash_Colorz:

The time offset is configurable in your profile. When you login the database pulls the settings to adjust the time from your profile so that it corresponds to your local time based on the option you have selected.

When you aren't logged in it pulls the generic time straight from the server, which is why it may not match your settings...
