I'm having trouble getting my own picture on my avatar as well. I shrunk down the file to 80x80 but when I try to upload it I get a mesage saying must be .jpg or something else. As far as I can tell the image is a jpeg.........what's the deal?
Sometimes when you edit an image the default setting for saving the new file is as a bitmap. If you didn't change it, its possible that's what your new file is.

I can't get mine up either. It appears in the column on the left side of the screen, but never when I post. When I go into "my profile" it shows up there as well. What am I doing wrong??
If it is showing up on the left but not in your posts, you have added it to your PostNuke profile and not your PNPHPBB (Forum) profile. Be sure you're clicking on the profile link at the top of the screen, not the one on the left of the screen. If you still have trouble, PM the image to me and I'll add it for you.
