I am still working with my host on the 404 issues.
I have discovered that at random times, certain versions of the PlanetNautique URL are being redirected to some random site that has nothing to do with what we're doing here. The http or https and whether the www is included in the URL seems to affect whether the URL is redirected to that random site or not. This only occurs randomly though, so it has been very hard to track down.
Now that I am pretty much certain that this is what's causing our issues, I feel much more confident that we'll be able to fix it soon. My host just needs to figure out if they have a name server issue somewhere that is causing this random redirect, or if it is something else.
I hope we can have this mess behind us very soon.
